The SureVend™ product delivery sensor guarantees that a selected item is delivered to the customer or their money is returned. The system works by attempting to deliver the item up to 3 times. If an item is not dispensed and recognized by the optical sensors after 3 attempted vends, the customer is given the option of selecting another item or accepting a refund.
